Randolph and Traci Sanchez, the owners and hosts, exceeded our expectations in every way. Their exceptional service, warmth, and kindness made us feel like royalty. From the moment we stepped onto the breathtakingly beautiful grounds, we knew we were in good hands. The venue's stunning architecture, lush gardens, and picturesque views created a romantic ambiance that left us and our guests in awe. They went above and beyond to accommodate our every request, making us feel seen, heard, and loved. The food was exquisite, a true culinary delight that delighted our taste buds. And the atmosphere? Absolutely enchanting. Every aspect of the venue, from the decor to the lighting, was meticulously curated to create an unforgettable experience. What's more, Traci and Randolph were a joy to work with financially, making our dream wedding a reality without breaking the bank. Me and my husband just got married at Carahills on April 22nd, 2023. I literally cannot say how special and amazing our day was! Traci and Randolph are the owners and you can tell in everything they do that they are so passionate and thoughtful about how you want your big day to be/feel! We booked the Queen package which included: all day access to the estate, a beautiful bridal suite, an awesome groom’s suite, a delicious brunch, the best photographer - George, dinner and wedding/groom’s cake, fresh beautiful flowers everywhere, linens/tables/glassware/etc, and a breath-taking view both inside and out on the grounds!! Traci was so attentive, thoughtful, and let me ask a million questions about anything and everything I needed to know/be prepared for. I’m a very anxious person, and she and company totally put my mind at ease; I felt 100% prepared on my wedding day, and I did not feel stressed AT ALL! Well, only the good kind of stressed that comes when you get married!! Everyone at Carahills is so friendly and will treat you like a long-time beloved family member! They truly listen to you and accommodate everything you do and don’t want. Everything was so BEAUTIFUL!!! The bouquets were real flowers, the decor was absolutely breathtaking, and the entire place makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a fairytale. I also have to give my deepest compliments to Chef April and her team. We chose the Mexican dinner option and it was SO delicious! Plus our 3-tiered cake and groom’s cake were ABSOLUTELY delicious!!! We chose strawberry and marble for the wedding cake and lemon for the groom’s cake. I’m still daydreaming about how delicious they both were! If you and your partner are looking for the fairytale wedding and a stress-free planning process, then Carahills is definitely the place for you!

Let them do it ALL! My daughter & son-in-law picked Carahills Estate and Traci and her amazing team made their wedding unforgettable! The venue is beautiful with options for indoor or outdoor ceremonies. My daughter knew what she wanted in her head and Pinterest pictures of course- Traci made it happen! They took care of the decorations, flowers, photography, food & the cakes! Don’t book another venue until you tour Carahills Estate “The Place with the Grand Staircase” and the GRAND STAFF! I would recommend Carahills to any beautiful bride. Carahills only needs you to book with them, they will do everything else after that. They took care of EVERYTHING, I did not have one bad experience at all. With changing owners in the middle of me planning my wedding. They did not miss a beat at all. Traci & Katlin are the BEST!!!! These ladies and the entire team at Carahills is who you need for your BIG DAY!!! This venue is beyond very professional, organized , and they truly do enjoy what they have been called to do. They did an OUTSTANDING job for me and my family. I will most definitely be back if its just to say hello and have some wedding cake and some of their signature champagne punch. New List Item“ABSOLUTELY the best” is what we experienced! My wife and I had our dream wedding at Carahills Estate in Eads, TN this past Sept. Prior to contacting Carahills the entire experience was frustrating to say the least. Then once my wife and I saw how professional and wonderful people Traci & Randolph were from our first encounter, made every step closer to our wedding that much better. Their staff is amazing from catering to coordinating to decorating. All we needed Traci & Randolph had or was happy to obtain for us. We fell in love with this venue because it offered what most Wedding venues we were interested in didn’t have. Bridal & Grooms lounges. The venues private grounds are amazing as well w/ an enormous amount of space. We loved them and the Carrahills Estate Team so much they truly became family. Just look at how happy my wife looked on one the most important days in her life. I wouldn’t have changed a thing.Thank you guys for everything…
